'Wrack with Ruin' is a collaged journey through my fevered brain, (my then) damaged body and yearning spirit. It moves from industrial destruction, half formed beats, pure noise, almost pop, emotionally malformed voice and moments of serenity.
'Wrack with Ruin' offers no easy answers.
The sound sources vary. Live performances, back-room tune ups, drums, guitar, feedback, field recordings, late night audio journals, composed pieces, raw sine wave, synth, tuba, horns, violin, musique concrète, tape/cdj experimentation all piled up, pieced together and torn apart to form this album.
In my mind this album is one long piece.
In your mind it may be something else entirely and that is fine.
It’s not for everyone, but might just be for you
